How to Apply for the Dubai Moments Platinum card
To apply for a Dubai Moments Platinum credit card, applicants must keep in mind the following;
Requirements
For customers who are salary earners
The applicant must have a monthly income of 12,000 AEDs
Must have a valid passport copy, including Visa
Most recent salary payment slip for the last 3 months payment needed
At least the last 3 months of bank statements showing the last 3 payroll credits.
For self-employed clients
It must have a valid passport and UAE
A trade permit and MOA are required
Bank statements from the last 6 months are also required

When you get to the page, do the following;
Answer the question “How did you hear about us”?
Select the Dubai Moments Platinum credit card
Pick a greeting
Type your Name, Middle Name, and Last Name
Write your name as you would like it to appear on your card
Enter your citizenship, sex, date of birth, email ID and cell phone number.
Click on the “Continue” link to continue with the signup process.
How to activate the Dubai Moments Platinum credit card
To activate the Dubai Moments Platinum credit card, send a short code (CACT) to 4743
Dubai Moments Platinum Credit Card Login

Navigate to the login page
Fill in your user ID
Then your password
Touch the “Login” link to get access to your account.
How to reset a user ID or password

Navigate to the login page
Provide your card no
then enter existing TPIN using the virtual keyboard
Click on the “Get Customer ID” link
Password
Navigate to the login page
Provie your user ID, card number, new password, confirm your password
Enter the existing TPIN using the virtual keyboard
Touch the “Reset Password” link.
