How to Apply for Philadelphia Eagles Extra Points credit card
Step 1 – To apply for the credit card, you must go to the Philadelphia Eagles Extra Points Credit Card on the Barclaycard website. At the top of this page is the Apply Now button, click on it to continue.
Step 2 – Then you must select Philadelphia Eagles from the drop-down menu at the bottom, and then click Apply Now.
Step 3 – You be directed to a new page will open with an online form. In the first section enter all required personal details.
Step 4 – Enter your profession and total annual income in the next part of the form. If you want your card to be delivered faster, you can pay $15 for express shipping. Check the box next to Yes if you want to choose express delivery, or No if you do not want to.
Step 5 – You must provide your telephone number and email address in the Contact information section; then you must announce your citizenship. If you are not a US citizen, enter your country of citizenship.
Step 6 – At this point, you must enter your date of birth, social security number and mother’s maiden name.
Step 7 – You can receive a paperless statement if you want to receive statements electronically. Check the box next to Yes, I want to receive instructions without paper.
Then check the box below to declare that you have read the disclosures about receiving online statements.
At this point, you have the option of transferring the balance. Click the link as shown below and enter the relevant information if you want to consolidate your debt with this card.
Step 8 – Finally, read the terms and conditions click Apply if you agree to them. Barclaycard provides an immediate response to your request, so you’ll know if you’re approved or not on the next page.

Go to the Barclaycard home page and locate the Card member login area.
Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, then click Login.
If your credentials have been entered correctly, you now have access to your online bank account.
If you do not remember your username or password, click on Forgot your username or password? link below the login button. You will be asked to verify your identity by providing the last 4 digits of the social security number, date of birth and account number. Click ‘Continue’ to recover your account.
Activation
