Requirements
To be eligible to use this credit card, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be over 18 years of age
- Enter the correct United States address
- Have a valid SSN station in the United States.
Apply Now
Step 1: To access the application for this card, go to the credit card summary page. Once you are there, search and click on the Apply Now link to begin.
Step 2: Now go to the Choose tab and select Philadelphia Phillies.
Step 3: This section requires you to provide your personal information as listed below: first name, Residence address, Apartment / Unit, city, state, Postal Code, Other address (if applicable)
Step 4 – Then enter and indicate each of the following data: phone number, Email address, citizenship, Country of residence, Birthdate
Step 5: To help Bank of America obtain more information about current financial information as listed :State of Employment, Total annual income, Source of income, Liquid assets
Step 6: In the Additional Options sections, as an option, you can consolidate existing credit card balances in one account, if desired. You must also read and accept the terms of use of the card. When finished, click Review information to see the application on the next page. If all the information has been sent correctly, click Send.
Step 7: When all the steps described above have been completed, your request must be submitted for approval.
Login
To access your account, go to the Bank of America home page and look for the secure login window, Enter your ID online and access code in the indicated fields, then click on Login to access your account.
Forgot password or username
If you’ve forgotten your ID or password, you can recover your login details by clicking on the link I forgot my ID or on I forgot my password. You must enter the complete card number/account number, the full social security number/tax identification number and then your online identification, after clicking Continue, you can reset your password or download your ID online. After completing all the steps above, you can log in to your account again.
Activation
To activate the Philadelphia Phillies Cash Rewards MasterCard, call the number 1 (800) 276-9939provided directly above and follow the instructions provided by the customer representative. After activating the card, you can register with online banking to facilitate the administration of your new account.
To register to access your online account, click on the Secure Registration link then enter the complete card number/account number and complete the social security number / tax identification number on the page register. After providing this information, click Continue and then create a user ID and password. After completing the registration process, you can use your ID and password to log in to your online account.
